DUET - PILATES LESSON
Similar to private lessons, but with your favorite pilates buddy. Duet lessons work best when you know of someone that is at a similar point in their Pilates practice and can consistently meet on the same days/times that work best for you. It can also be very motivating through accountability.
Duet lessons are 55 minutes. Email separately to book duet.
